.:: Arm Tutorial ::.

I have made a quick tutorial on how to draw an arm. I'm no good at arm's so I thought I'd have a go at drawing one, while doing it I made this tutorial. I hope it helps you.

Step 1

First we begin by drawing the shape we want the arm to go in.

Step 2

Next we use circles, and ovals to give the line a figure. Now you can just experiment with this until you get it right, and to look arm-like.

Step 3

Now we can erase the unwanted lines. (This may look strange but we can sort it out.)

Step 4

You don't always have to do this step, but sometimes it helps. Just use the line tool to join up some areas.

Step 5

By now, you probably want to add some colour, perhaps shad it in? So now you can do that, always stick to your own style, and do what ever is easiest for you.

Step 6

Now to get to work on that hand. Now there are two types of hand which I am going to show you how to do. Relaxed and a Fist.
Both start by drawing the sleeve.

Step 7

Just colour it in.

Step 8

Now to draw the hand, I reccomend making some sketches of your own hand, before drawing them on the computer.

Step 9

Now we can erase any unwanted lines, and colour it in.

Step 10

Voila..... You now have an arm which you can attach to the body. The relaxed hand was accidently drawn at a funny angle, which kinda makes him look a bit errr.... let's just say he lives on the other side of the street, if you know what i'm talking about.
